Dachshund Haven of Garden Grove would like to
take this time to thank New Horizon's for their more than generous donations
of many, many boxes of dog biscuits (small size of course) and small bites
large food bags we are so very
appreciative of these donations as our dogs here in rescue love their
treats!!!
We would also like to take the time
to pass along thanks from the few other rescues we donated some of the boxes
to, since there was just too many to handle at once. This is a very
rare occurence for us here in rescue. But we are so thankful for it.
We have a lot of dogs, but the boxes were just to many for us to handle all
at once. We here at rescue are in contact with other rescues in the
area and knew of some of their needs so we divided and donated some of the
treats in New Horizon's grace to them. They give their thanks as well,
for every little bit helps.
New Horizon's is a non-profit food group that
gives to the homeless and needy families; they have incredible hearts to do
what they do, we are just glad that we were able to cross paths! We
wish New Horizon's luck with their feat as it seems in this day in age that
it is a never ending one.
Dachshund Haven of Garden Grove would
like to thank Dr. Frank Moore and Staff at Amigo Animal Hospital in Westminster,
California for all of their former great work and help
with all the dachshunds that come in and out of dachshund rescue. Due to a
change of ownership, Dr. Frank Moore and his former staff are no longer at Amigo
Animal Hospital. We appreciate their help through the years and hope that
all works out for them. We will miss you guys!

County Line Animal Hospital in La Habra, California for all their great work
that they do with with Stewart Edward and a few of the Dachshund Haven

with you and all the little ones that we come into contact with. I am glad
that I had and have the opportunity to create and maintain this site. It has been
